Do you have stock of the tiles I am after?

Stock availability of tiles are now displayed on each product on our website. Our tiles are stocked not at the branches but in our Mt Wellington warehouse & distribution centre. Browse the tiles from our website for information on stock availability.

Do you deliver under current alert levels?

Yes, we do deliveries and stock transfers under L3 and L2. However, please be aware that some courier delays may occur.

Can we collect our orders from the branch?

Our tiles are stocked in our warehouse and distribution centre in Mt Wellington.

However, if you wish to collect from a branch nearest you, this must be communicated prior to collecting your order.

I wish to make a payment. How do I proceed and when can I collect?

We accept online transactions. You can click here to pay for your order.

Its important to note that online payments must be paid the day prior to collections to allow the funds to show and be allocated to your order.

Are we able to request samples of your products?

Yes. Contactless tile sample collections can be arranged, but please contact the store prior to arrival and we will notify you once they are ready for you to collect.

Can we visit your showroom to view tiles and other products?

Under alert level 3, customers cannot enter our store. However, we do offer online consults of where we can give you a virtual tour of the tiles in our showrooms.

At alert level 2, a limited number of customers can visit the store at a given time but maintain relevant Covid guidelines (scanning QR code, mask always on, 2 metres distancing, sanitising).

I need trade products for a job, can we order and collect?

Yes. Contactless trade orders can be arranged. An order table has been set up at the trade entry of the store. Please call the number on arrival.

Upon collection, please wear a mask and always maintain 2 metres social distancing from our staff and people outside your bubble.
