TRADE PLUS POINTS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All participants must be recognised Trade customers of Tile Space.
2. Participants agree to receive monthly points statements by email newsletter.
3. The programme commences on the date the application is accepted and points will be allocated on purchases from this date.
4. Points earned on a purchase will be void for account holders if payment is not received on the 20th of the month following invoice.
5. Points cannot be redeemed if the trading account is overdue.
6. Points will be voided on accounts with more than 24 months inactivity.
7. All points must be redeemed for vouchers from nominated suppliers as per the monthly Trade Plus newsletter. These vouchers are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions and can only be issued in the denominations available from each supplier.
8. Tile Space may cease or modify the scheme at any time. If this occurs the participant will be entitled to redeem all Tile Points accumulated to the date of change.
9. Any disagreement with points awarded must be advised in writing to Tile Space within 30 days of receipt of statement.
10. Points are earned on the GST exclusive value of any purchase.

PARTNER PLUS POINTS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All participants must be a recognised Retail Partner of Tile Space.
2. Points are earned on the GST exclusive value of any purchase, freight is not included.
3. Retail Partner Points expire 24 months after they are earned.
4. Benefits of the new tier are valid for 12 months from the date the tier is reached.
5. The programme commences on the date the application is accepted and points will be allocated on purchases from this date.
6. Points cannot be redeemed if the trading account is overdue.
7. Vouchers are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions and can only be issued in the denominations available from each supplier.

1. One winner will be drawn every 3 months
2. Winner will be randomly drawn from all customers who have submitted feedback throughout that period.
3. Winner will win $500 worth of tiles to be spent at Tile Space on tiles only.
